This policy explains what information Zia Tech Digital collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number.
• Order details: the products you order, payment method and payment status. Online card and wallet payments are processed by the payment provider you choose at checkout (PayFast or GetPay); we do not receive or store your card details.
• Bank transfer proof: if you pay by bank transfer, the receipt you upload so we can verify your payment.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form, and your email if you subscribe to updates.
• Licences: for products that use a licence key, the key, the website domain you register and the licence history (creation, activation, domain changes and reset requests). When an installed product checks its licence, our licence server receives the key, the product, the website domain and the IP address of the server making the request; we record activations, refusals and at most one routine check a day. The public certificate check page shows the product, domain and licence status, but not your name or email.

How we use it

We use this information to provide our services, deliver your products, verify payments, issue and check licences, prevent misuse of licence keys, reply to your messages and, if you subscribed, send updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.
