Services

The scope, price and timeline for each service are agreed with you before work starts. Work begins after the agreed payment is received.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered as downloadable files from your account after payment is confirmed. Use of each product is subject to its licence. Where a product uses a licence key, each key is for one website domain and is checked by the product with our licence server; sharing a key or using it on other domains may lead to the licence being suspended or revoked.

Payments

You can pay with the methods offered at checkout: manual bank transfer and, when they are offered, online payment through PayFast or GetPay. An order is marked as paid only after the payment is confirmed — bank transfers after we check your receipt, online payments after the payment provider confirms them.
