Refund Policy

We want every project and product to work as promised. Because our services and digital products are delivered as work and files that cannot be returned, we do not offer money-back refunds for our own work.

If something is wrong

If something we delivered does not work as agreed, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We will either:

• fix it, or
• provide a suitable alternative.

Third-party products bought on your behalf

Where we buy a product, licence or service from another vendor on your behalf, any refund that vendor issues is passed on to you. Taxes and transaction fees charged on that purchase are not refundable and remain your responsibility.

Refunded or reversed payments

If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, the order is marked as refunded: its downloads and any licence keys for it stop working.
